As this is a firestorm kitty he should not be sick he is born permapetted.. Support wouldn't let me put in a ticket so thought would seek answers here

How is the cat sick? Is it under a blanket with a thermometer? Or does it have red error text? As you noted, it's possible for a Firestorm cat to get sick so I'm curious as to what is going on with it.
Also, the best way to get in touch with support if you can't file a ticket is to just IM me in world so feel free to do that if you have a problem or a question.
