HI,
So I was looking at the Saga Kitty Traits.. and noticed they wanted the Cognac eye traits... So in Pedigree its listed on one of my cats.. Happens to be a Forget-me-not "special" Beauty...
Clearly both the parents have Genesis Meadow Eyes.. (light blue-ish in color) and then my kittys Eyes in his "pedigree" are listed THE SAME...when you can clearly see his eyes are the DARK BROWN Cognac COLOR.

SO...he's a few hours away from breeding and I am hoping this wont affect his ability to pass the correct color along???

Its most likely a costume trait. Costume traits will not pass but the pedgree info on teh website will show what is under the costume and thos etraits will pass, also your cat could be hiding traits as well which will also pass
