Nothing fixes a borked script in a KittyCatS, except a serious CLONING! The support ticket is the only way to go. You will require the cats ID number which is located on your pedigree page. Once you have that, fill out the ticket. If the ticket fails to submit, just put it through again. The cats working in the office sometimes drop the tickets on the floor! But overall, they do a great job!
