I had a problem with my cat today, and the customer service person at the store, Cat PickyPaw, is *very* helpful and has a wonderful personality. She was able to guide me to get this done as I couldn't click on Selene to get her ID number. Huge props to her and KittyCats for great customer service!

The CSR's are what make KittyCats so good, they are always there to help no matter how silly a question / issue you have is. I have done other "breadables" in the past and there was little to no help from the makers. So yes mad props to the KittyCatS team!
