Can someone explain this one to me? Thought magic reef was dom to rock turq?

If I'm reading it all correctly, the pedigree implies that Waffles hides Magic Reef under her Twilight and passed it to Bali. Bali received RockTurquoise from Alvin and it is Bali's recessive trait. That recessive RockTurquoise was then passed to this new baby.
