RE: Galaxy Moon Eyes - Any Info? - PurringFox McMillan - 10-23-2016 01:38 AM Moon vs Jade round 1 Mom: Dad: Kitten: Cee Have a FPD x Moon mated he is at 73% Have an odyK female just bred to trip can breed to moon next RE: Galaxy Moon Eyes - Any Info? - Reven Rosca - 10-23-2016 02:55 AM Analyzing Cee's prdigrees above Mom: Mom showa Galaxy Moon fro her dad, and hides an eye that is recessive to Exotic Breeze, probably Tranquility, ffrom her mom. Dad: Dad shows Jade from his dad, and hides Ody Bellini or more recessive from his mum. Kitten: The kitten shows Galaxy Moon from Mom, and hides Jade, Ody Bellini or a more recessive eye from Dad. This is not a valid proof, and the kitten must be unboxed and bred against a recessive eye (preferably recessive to Ody Bellini in this case) to find the hidden eye. RE: Galaxy Moon Eyes - Any Info? - Arwen Swordthain - 10-23-2016 03:31 AM I see this is a repeat breed of the pair that produced a "proof" in September. Was that cat ever tested and if so what was the result? I assume it either wasnt or it didn't hide Jade as we have not had any updates on that just another cat posted from the same couple. RE: Galaxy Moon Eyes - Any Info? - Kayla Woodrunner - 10-23-2016 04:15 PM Cee, I saw that at the bottom that you are breeding the moon to ody kal next. Did you finish the Jade test by popping the baby and showing the baby's hid against something more recessive? That's the next step in almost all dominance testing. You may have been out of town for a bit and just got back so I don't know if you already did that and forgot to post the baby's results of showing the baby's hid against ody bell or more recessive. We are nearly there. I have a Fancie Purple Diamond showing girl if anyone wants to test Moon against her give me a shout, shes in my cattery gaining love will be ready to breed Monday. Her two brothers are both growing as well and hopefully one hides Galaxy Trip, if they do it could be a 2fer for Moon v FPD & Trip. I have this guy He is currently partnered with a pure Galaxy Trip girl, and will be available in a couple of days. I'm crossing my fingers and hope their box will show Galaxy Moon, since that will be an instant proof. RE: Galaxy Moon Eyes - Any Info? - Alassariah Resident - 10-25-2016 07:09 AM Awesome! While y'all work on final placement for Galaxy Moon, I'll stay on my Galaxy Trip vs Odyssey Kaleidoscope project and trying to determine if GT falls above or below. Thumbs up for teamwork!
