I checked the flikr community guidelines and found this.
Link back to Flickr when you post your Flickr content elsewhere.
Flickr makes it possible to post content hosted on Flickr to other web sites. Pages on other web sites that display content hosted on flickr.com must provide a link from each photo or video back to its page on Flickr. This provides a way to get more information about the content and the photographer.
I would think if they didn't want to host anything they wouldn't provide the bbcode for linking?

No weird requirements for funky linkages or anything.
Just remember that if you move pics between albums it will create a
new address and throw off any links you may have made previously.
I figured this out when I did that and ended up with broken links
all over the internet!
